I’ve been eager to try the Silk and Silver yarn from Blue Heron. The seal/ombre is a lovely colourway shot through with real silver. When I opened the package, I was a little worried that the silver threads would shed – and you all know that I can’t stand yarn that sheds! Not one thread came off. It was easy to work with and has a wonderful drape. It’s hard to tell in the photos, but in real life the fine silver threads have just the right amount of sparkle.
